1) Unit Shipping

📦 Case with Volume Weight

  • Actual Weight = 2 kg → 2 × $7.5 = $15

  • Volume Weight = (12 × 12 × 6) ÷ 366 = 2.36 kg
    → Difference 0.36 kg × $3 = $1.08

  • Local Delivery (Bangkok) = $15

✅ Total = $15 + $1.08 + $15 = $31.08

📦 Case without Volume Weight

  • Actual Weight = 15 kg → 15 × $7.5 = $112.5

  • Volume Weight = (10 × 10 × 10) ÷ 366 = 2.73 kg
    (Actual weight is higher → charge by actual weight)

  • Local Delivery (Bangkok) = $15

✅ Total = $112.5 + $15 = $127.5

2) Pallet Shipping

  • Pallet Size: 40″ × 48″ × 77″

  • Volume = (40 × 48 × 77) ÷ 1728 = 85.56 cubic feet

  • Shipping Cost = 85.56 × $20 = $1,711.20

  • Local Delivery (Bangkok) = $75

✅ Total = $1,711.20 + $75 = $1,786.20

3) Personal Shipping

  • 11 boxes combined → 40″ × 48″ × 66″

  • Volume = (40 × 48 × 66) ÷ 1728 = 73.33 cubic feet

  • Shipping Cost = 73.33 × $15.5 = $1,136.62

  • Local Delivery (Bangkok) = $75

✅ Total = $1,136.62 + $75 = $1,211.62

1. Box Replacement (Damaged Box / No Box Provided)

  • Small Box (12″×12″×16″) → $5/box

  • Medium Box (18″×16″×18″) → $7/box

  • Large Box (18″×18″×24″) → $10/box

2. Repacking Service

  • Standard company repacking/checking → Free

  • Consolidation (multiple items or items in bags that need to be boxed) → $2/box (includes tracking)

  • Damaged box → Automatically replaced (charged based on box size)

  • Repack + Bubble Wrap → $5 – $20

  • Repack + New Box + Bubble Wrap → Starting from $15

  • Shrink Wrap for luggage → $10

  • Oversized items or special requests → Charged accordingly

3. Items Containing Oil / Cleaning Required

  • Cleaning service starting from $15 (depending on item type/size)

  • Damaged items requiring shipment back to Thailand → $10 – $15/box
    ⚠️ Fragile items: Bubble wrap service is strongly recommended. No compensation for damage during transit.

4. Photography Service (Additional Photography)

  • Standard inspection photos → 3 photos free

  • Damaged parcel → More than 3 photos provided (free)

  • Additional requests (detailed photos, expiration date checks, etc.) → Starting from $5/box

5. Return to Seller

  • With return label from seller → Free

  • Without return label → $20 + actual shipping cost
